Refund & Return Policy

At Matcha Muse, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns: Any item can be returned within 7 days from purchase, provided unused, in its original packaging, and a receipt proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval status. An approved refund will be processed in your original payment within 15 days.

Exchanges: Need a different flavor or size. We are happy to exchange your item, depending on stock availability.
